Your profil :

  • Technical or business background or équivalent
  • Previous oilfield experience (commercial or marketing or R&D)
  • Showing reactivity, exactness, organization, analysis spirit. Ability to work with a multicultural team. Team player.
  • Availability for international missions.
  • Fluency in English compulsory, Other languages are a plus.
  • Flexible working attitude, understand prioritization and urgency
  • Context :

    With commercial presence in Africa and Middle East mainly, Oilfield chemicals business generate a turnover of around 50 million €.

    Customers are oil and gas production operators.

    Products and major ingredients are manufactured at the Feuchy plant in France. 3 blending units are localized in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

    The product portfolio represents around 400 products. Major ranges are demulsifiers, paraffin inhibitors and corrosion inhibitors.

    Product are sold through a dedicated local commercial network with the support of a customer service department based at the headquarter.

    There is a constant evolution of the portfolio so that to cope with the customers tender requirements.

    Products are defined with the support of the R&D laboratories in Lyon and Feuchy.

    Your role :

    Define and implement a plan for a sustainable growth of sales on the Integrity Market.

    Contributes to the definition and validation of R&D projects and studies.

    Focal point to commercial managers and R&D for tender technical offer.

  • Defines product offer.
  • Collect and analyses market needs as well as information about competition
  • Train commercial network on product offer.
  • Visit selected customers for technical interactions
  • In charge of a monthly reporting for the related activities.
  • Defines the NBD (new business development), defines the study request for R&D, propose new developments with strategic customers.
  • Coordinates the technical assistance with the Regional technical managers
  • Supports the Product manager for the answer to tenders.
