Description Role : SAP ABAP Technology Lead

Location : Marseille, France

Objective of the role :

To provide SAP Technical / ABAP services for implementation, upgrade & support projects that Infosys is currently executing for its client.

You will have access to training from Infosys to build your knowledge in new / more niche areas of ABAP and Transportation Management (TM).

Candidate Profile :

  • Extensive hands-on SAP experience either in implementation, rollouts, support or upgrade projects.
  • Demonstrable understanding of the business processes and how they align with SAP module.
  • Familiarity with integration of SAP TM and SAP ECC environments.
  • Experience or knowledge about Ocean liner industry is an advantage.
  • SAP TM (Transportation Management) and EM (Event Management) hands on knowledge would also be an added advantage.
  • Responsibilities include :

  • Extensive knowledge of transportation management systems, SAP as well as a strong understanding of the interfaces between SAP and third party systems.
  • Responsible for successful delivery of SAP Transportation Management (TM) module deliverables on as part of implementation, upgrade, support projects
  • Preparation of Technical Specification Document, Coding, Unit Testing and Support E2E / UAT.
  • Development as per the client’s requirements.
  • Must possess knowledge of AIF, BOPF, FPM, BRF+, OO ABAP and Webdynpro
  • Ensure on-time delivery of project deliverables like resolving Problem Tickets and Service Requests within SLA timelines, job monitoring, and status updates.
  • Ensure high quality of tasks delivered by using different for problem tickets resolution, ensured adherence to SLA’s by resolving problem tickets within timelines and ensured timeliness of status updates.
  • Demonstrate a sense of ownership and urgency towards the project available on time for time bound activities like reporting etc.,
  • Ability to work independently and guide / mentor team members in the deliverables.
