DESCRIPTIONOF THE POSITION
Primary mission of the position :
AXA REV is looking for aContent Writer, native English, with great capabilities in creating contents witha strong technical and digital leaning.
Within the Communication andCommunities department, the Content Manager will handle the editorialexperience for internal and external audiences in a wide range of differenttopics.
He / She liaises with the team to build a global communication ecosystem.
Thecandidate must have excellent communication and strong organizational skills tocoordinate and review the creation of engaging contents.
The Content Writer overseesthe definition of the global editorial approach : storytelling, presentations, socialmedia and web content.
The candidate has a consistent journalistic approach and a proven trackrecord on increasing engagement and drive leads across all communicationchannels (edition, social media, web, events, communities).
This position requires a high level ofcreativity for generating new content types and a very strong attention todetails especially in proofreading articles before publication.
The Content Writermust show rigor, be able to manage and prioritize multiple projects in paralleland be committed to meeting tight deadlines.
Key accountabilitiesof the position :
Produce, edit and customizecontents for all our communications channels, including Neswletter, Intranet, LinkedIn,Twitter, Medium.
Support the AXA REVteam to pitch articles and publication for external media and institutions.
Assist and adjust inthe writing of messages for physical and virtual events globally internally andexternally (Ideation Sessions, Working Groups, TEDx, Meetups, Conferences,Talks, Hackathons, etc.).
Collaborate with various teamsacross multiple countries / entities, especially with Group Operation and AXAGroup teams.
Analyze and usecontent performance metrics, such as total attention time, click-through rateand social following growth to improve existing content and develop bettercontent ideas for the future.
Technical and professional skills :
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism or relatedfield
5 years minimum of experience in copywriting orjournalism
Soft skills and competencies :
Excellent communication andorganizational skills
Fast learner and comfortable working in high-pressureenvironments
Exhibit a proven track record of continually lookingfor ways to improve the audience satisfaction
Customer oriented and able to convey complex themesand ideas in clear and concise language
Background and experience :
Demonstrate the ability to conceive contents for awide range of supports (print, web, social media, videos)
Be comfortable with working in a close agile mode withmoving objectives and targets
