The hotel has 409 rooms (including 83 junior suites, 12 suites and 4 penthouses), a 900m² Spa and several outlets : La Palme d'Or (2 Michelin stars gastronomic restaurant), Le Jardin du Martinez (main restaurant of the hotel), La Plage du Martinez which is open in season, as well as Le Martinez Bar.

Qualifications

Department : Food & Beverage

You report to the F&B manager

Your Assets :

Ideally with a relevant diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hotel operations.

French is required & a good level in English.

Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.

Your scope :

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.

Constantly develop a commercial attitude towards customers and ensure optimal customer satisfaction
