Qualifications

Department : Food & Beverage

You report to the F&B manager

Your Assets :

  • Ideally with a relevant diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hotel operations.
  • French is required & a good level in English.
  • Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Your scope :

  • You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
  • Constantly develop a commercial attitude towards customers and ensure optimal customer satisfaction
