Key Accountabilities :

  • Responsible for the identification, implementation and evaluation of all L&D needs and solutions for employees in the UK and Asia.
  • Partnering across HR and in particular with the HRBP team to identify and implement solutions.

  • Partnering across the L&D team to manage and promote the Learning Management System (LMS), Cornerstone as the go to place for Learning.
  • Encouraging employees and managers to utilise innovative digital learning solutions such as MOOCs.

  • Working with the team to manage the operational aspects of all internal development including marketing the programmes, drafting the invitations, processing invoices, ensuring full capacity on programmes, input into the LMS, advising participants and acting on evaluation data.
  • Managing external solutions as required; working with the provider to book the session, input into the LMS, managing the invoice and any other tasks required for the set-
  • up of the development activity for the participant, examples are CFA qualifications, conferences and technical courses.

  • To have shared responsibility for the global L&D budget and full responsibility for in-scope countries of this role, managing this closely and ensuring it is spent in line with strategic priorities.
  • Contributing to global Talent Engagement and Development initiatives and projects such as the sales development programme, management development programme, regulatory e-
  • learning implementation, talent development initiatives, the mentoring programme, and other activities as they arise. Partnering with other AXA entities on a country basis to collaborate at a local level on global initiatives such as Manager AXA.

  • Contributing to global reporting, dashboards and KPIs and creating reporting as required for the client base to ensure L&D delivery is quantified and publicised in ways which demonstrate the offering available and investment being made for all employees.
