Job description

The PhD objectives are related to the development of parametrized IP bloc for RF applications, using the Gm / Id method.

Those IP blocs will answer needs from users and IC designers looking for performant and tunable IP. A specific targeted application is the opportunity to distribute these IP through the DK delivered to MPW designers.

CMP and RFIC Lab (CNRS / Grenoble-INP Mixed Units) are involved in the project as experts in the field of RF applications and key players in the field of MPW services and support to customers.

Based on a customer survey, the PhD student will focus on developing IP that are taking of very special FDSOI body biasing functionalities to make IP that can be tuned.

Specific RF design methodologies will be applied, and documented. Tutorials and training will be developed accordingly with the objective to answer ecosystem needs / request.
