YOUR ROLE As a fast-growing company, Shift Technology is in the process of growing the infrastructure team. As a member of this team, you will be working closely with our System & Network Engineers and our System & Network Apprentice.

We work with cutting edge technologies and always encourage our team to explore what’s new on the market. For this reason, we are looking for someone who is proactive and knowledgeable, yet not afraid to learn new things.

In your day-to-day you will be working on :

  • Second level of helpdesk support , consisting in helping the teams on their daily IT tasks and first level of production support
  • Making sure that the production back-up is entirely handled and up to date
  • Participating on Onboarding of Shift Employees by deploying new computers, and setting up new users profiles
  • Manage the systems administration , software deployment and configuration , email administration, user and device provisioning
  • Doing active monitoring on the production platform
  • Managing the network equipment for the Offices
  • Be responsible of the patch management on computers and production servers
  • Technical environment : Palo Alto, Microsoft Azure, VMWare ESX, HyperV, Veeam backup, Centreon , Grafana, Prometheus, Windows server, G suite, ticketing system (Jira), Cisco Switches, Nessus vulnerability Scanner

  • You have a Master degree in IT / Electronic
  • You have a first experience (apprenticeship and internship included) working as an internal IT Support administrator
  • A previous experience supporting end-users with computing hardware, software and networking protocols is a plus
  • You know how to manage your time and organize your tasks
  • You are able to mutli-task and handle matters with excellent follow-up
  • You can communicate clearly in French and English
  • You are a dynamic and proactive teamplayer
