Job Description
The Sales Operations Analyst will work with the -sales teams. A successful analyst is someone who is analytical, quick thinking, and excited to make an impact.
Typical tasks range from analytics, administration, to project management. Sales analysts are part of the Global operations teams, and their tasks include :
Actively Engage with Salesforce CRM
Generate ad-hoc reporting, Responsible for periodic reports & KPI management
Research and Analyze market Trends
Perform market analysis for the Global Sales Management
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports
Assist in Process management and Administration
Monitor and contribute
Support & Contribute to regional and global strategy
Work closely with Regional Directors & Senior Management to create & deploy sales strategy
Work Closely with other Business Units to deploy global processes & strategy
Assist in preparation of documents for prospects and management such as RFP responses, product presentations, & financial reporting
Project Management
Lead and contribute to Global & Cross functional projects
Your role and responsibilities will be permanently evolved and might encompass all, part, or more of the above
Qualifications
Ideally 3-5 years experience in :
Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, Marketing Operations, Commercial Sales Experience, or Financial Analysis
Experience in using Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Strong in Excel & PowerPoint is required
Speaking any additional languages is a benefit, but not required
