The Country Marketing Manager France, Belgium & Iberia will focus on the tactical marketing for the France, Belgium & Iberia markets as part of the EMEA Marketing Team.
In this role, the Country Marketing Manager France, Belgium & Iberia will act as Strategic Partner to the Country Heads and will overlook the whole QIAGEN portfolio to focus on driving country tactical activities to deliver growth through local demand, with strong and impactful local execution, as well as working with the Commercial Partners in the territory to support their growth drivers.
The Country Marketing Manager France, Belgium & Iberia will work from the EMEA Commercial Operations office in Courtaboeuf, France and will work as a vital part of the France, Belgium & Iberia marketing and sales organizations.
This role reports into the Senior Director, Head of Marketing EMEA with dotted lines to the Sales Directors for France / Belgium and for Iberia.
The key responsibilities of this role include :
Develop, communicate and execute on the marketing plans and vision in France, Belgium & Iberia together with the EMEA Portfolio Marketing teams.
Support achievement of overall revenue and marketing goals.
Lead development of the France, Belgium & Iberia marketing budgets for business plans in respective area of responsibility.
Ensure budget compliance and measures of return of investments.
Communicate, inspire, motivate and inform colleagues in sales, service and customer satisfaction teams - ensuring clear direction.
Establish and maintain relationships with key customers / networks / opinion leaders.
Report to Commercial Operations France, Belgium & Iberia Teams at regular intervals.
3 years marketing experience in Life Science, Diagnostics, Screening or Oncology. Equivalent sales experience will be considered.
Molecular Diagnostic experience desirable.
Bachelor’s Degree in Science related discipline.
Fluency in French and Spanish.
Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills.
Very good communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities.
Ability to work both independently and in a structured working environment.
