Poste et missions
YOUR MISSION : T o hunt and close deals
Your role in the Business Development team is to be a key actor of the launching of the Xpollens offer! You will be involved in the definition of the sale strategy, the creation of commercial offers and the marketing packages.
You will have only one obsession with : How can I scale-up Xpollens business ?
To success in your mission, you will be working closely with our Marketing, Product, technical and compliance teams
Your typically day-to-day lead generation duties will include :

Profil et compétences requises
Least 5 years of experience in hunting and closing C-Level
Fluent in English and French, Spanish or Italian would be an advantage
Proven track record of managing multiple projects with varying complexity deals signed
Customer oriented, empathy and care regarding customer problems or needs, but also knowing how to say no
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Curiosity, Grit, Persistency
SKILLS YOU NEED TO EXCEL IN THIS POSITION INCLUDE
Strong communication and IT fluency
Good with numbers
Creative talented and the ability to solve tough problems
In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
