Based in Paris, the main purpose of this role is to be in charge of the development of our business with brokers existing and new in the Affinity / Partnership segment and Corporate Business in Paris and Lille.
With a highly sales oriented role, the role will also be in charge of managing a portfolio in order to avoid lapses as well as grow the portfolio.
The Business Development Manager is expected to take over the existing sales & account management activities and to grow the business development efficiency through improved profile & skills, sales activity, business development planning, internal / external networking and innovation.
The position reports to the Accident & Health (A&H) Corporate Sales Manager. The sales representative will be able to rely on the Chubb network to identify and cover all the development opportunities of the A & H portfolio Key Responsibilities :
Further develop, implement and execute the A&H sales activity plan for the corporate and affinity accounts. Increase A&H market share, A&H product range penetration and average production with selected brokers and affinity accounts.
