What's the role?
It’s an incredibly exciting time to join the Hilti Digital Platforms team! We are redesigning the future of digital at Hilti and are looking for new team members to play an integral part in our transformation journey.
As a Product Owner, you are part of one of our scrum teams in Paris within the global setup of 11+ scrum teams in Dallas, US and Paris, FR.
You will work in a global, multicultural, collaborative, fun, and agile work environment. As the face of the scrum team to the stakeholder you will work closely with multiple internal stakeholders and your development team to envision the product strategy, prioritize the backlog and take responsibility of the commercial success of your product.

What does the role involve?
As a Product Owner, you are responsible for identifying customers’ needs, creating a valuable and clear product vision as well as thrilling internal and external customers with the team’s developments.
When crafting the product vision, you have always commercial success in mind. You help scrum team members understand business requirements and also create transparency of internal and external stakeholder deliverables.
You define clear business KPIs, which you use to track project and roll-out success. You take decisions informed by KPIs to decide if further feature increments shall be developed, if countermeasures are needed or if you need to pivot the product.
You need to able to step into different perspective so help your team members, such as software developers, scrum masters, business analysts and UI / UX experts..
The Digital Platform team, at our two locations in Boulogne-Billancourt, France and Texas, USA, consists of 130+ team members in 11+ scrum teams working with the newest technologies to create a unique user experience for Hilti’s extraordinary products and services.
