The Talent & Leadership Development team is responsible for
Transforming and inspiring our leaders : developing our leaders with capabilities necessary to drive forward our strategy and people, in a changing environment, and aligned to our core values
Building up our key people : developing future talents with depth and breadth capabilities, and crucial skill profiles (both for current and future workforce needs), necessary to grow in the organization tomorrow
Providing competency and assessment expertise : Providing forward-thinking, neutral assessments that identify capabilities or development needs, linked to career evolution, managing AXA core competencies and frameworks
Fostering employability and career development culture : Providing career development offers and opportunities, based on existing and future workforce needs, driving a culture of mobility and professional growth
The Talent & Leadership Development team reports to the Head of Learning, Talent & Leader Development, Diversity & Inclusion and Wellbeing .
Contribute to AXA Group Operations development by supporting employee development programs and projects, enabling the growth, employability and engagement of our employees.
Global role responsible for leading transversal Career Development, Talent & Leadership Development and Assessment Center processes and initiatives
Designs and deploys solutions that develop and retain Leaders and Talents / Key People, based current and future workforce needs
Collaborates with Business Leaders and the Learning & Development, HR, Change Management and Workforce Evolution teams to design career development solutions and executive projects / Initiatives
Leading design & implementation of attractive development opportunities for specific leader and people segments providing increased internal and external visibility and engagement, with associated development plans
Supporting design and deployment of leadership development solutions for a global, transversal scope, within a strong transformation / VUCA context, emphasizing AXA's core values and cultural shift
Contributing to design career-pathing options for key people (project managers, tech & data experts, etc.)
Ensuring upskilling for managers by supporting design & implementation of learning solutions aligned to our values and Manager Coach mindset
Coordinating "talent reviews governance" process, partnering with internal stakeholders to identify developmental areas and opportunites
Fostering a culture of career development and connecting employees to career growth opportunities, ensuring employability
Supporting the design of a career development solution center to proactively and reactively accompany the employees in their career orientation;
in close collaboration with the HR and the Learning & Development teams
Strongly collaborating with key stakeholders of the business and of Group Operations
Ideally has worked in HR, L&D or Change Management fields, with :
Project management or coordination experience with the objective to engage and manage internal / external stakeholders
Experience in stakeholder management and stakeholder engagement
Experience in human resources or learning & development projects
Creation and execution of action plans
Strong contribution role in consulting or shared services environment
