A position of Sales Director (m / f) has just opened within the STELIA Aerospace teams in Toulouse.

The jobholder will be part of the commercial organization of Stelia Aerospace Cabin Interior Business Unit and will report to the Head of Region.

Frequent travel within the sales region is to be expected.

Within the framework of objectives and priorities set by Stelia Aerospace commercial management, the jobholder is responsible for the placement of Stelia Aerospace cabin interiors products (First class and Business class seats) within its assigned sales region by the coordinated use of all resources available.

Your main responsibilities in this position will be to :

  • Develop a thorough knowledge of the assigned sales region :
  • Identify potential buyers : Set up a network of prospects and airlines customers
  • Develop marketing concepts, tactics and incentives adapted to the Sales Region to acquire additional business
  • Support and participate to marketing initiatives such as events, conference, exhibitions
  • Conduct Sales campaigns :
  • Plan commercial activities in line with priorities, objectives and timescales established by management.
  • Develop innovative sales packaging approach, with the aim of optimizing the efficiency and profitability of the deal proposed for both parties benefit.
  • Anticipate risks and issues which may affect sales campaigns
  • Obtain support from all relevant experts within Stelia Aerospace
  • Ensure proper and efficient involvement of Stelia Aerospace senior management if and when their contribution to a campaign is necessary;
  • Maintain the customer relationships after contract's signature :
  • Advise customers on and stimulate potential new requirements for the benefit of Stelia Aerospace
  • Watch customers' economic and financial shape with the view to give to the commercial management advance warning and reports in case of problems or defaults,
  • Assist in devising appropriate solutions to problems, if any, and in their settlement with customers
  • Main results expected :
  • Build up a network of airlines prospects within the Sales Region
  • Provide timely and reliable up-to-date market information, on which recommendations can be made for senior management decisions
  • Identify realistic sales opportunities and commercial elements key for a successful negotiation
  • Support the placement of Stelia Aerospace cabin interiors products

    Profile expected :

    Engineer / Business school with a proven experience in sales for the aerospace industry (more than 10 years), ideally in Cabin Interior Products.

    Sales and negociation skills are required.

    We’re looking for a Business Developer Profile : resilient, strategic thinker, and autonomous. Excellent presentation.

    Fluent English & French (negociation level mandatory).
