Our Customer and Market Intelligence Manager plays a lead role in providing customers insights and market intelligence for our Go-to-market strategy.
This role will join the Global Product Marketing Team.
The Customer and Market Intelligence Manager is responsible within the Product Marketing team of all our competitive intelligence
Market analysis & competitive intelligence
Maintains an in-depth knowledge of market dynamics and competitive landscape through reading reports, market research, internet, press and other sources of reliable data
Attend trade shows and business intelligence events to collect competitor's data.
Review market and competitor data to uncover market opportunities
Keep a thorough knowledge of main competition announcements and new product introductions
Gather, analyze and sort competitor's information and establish a competition knowledge base
Collaborate internally to ensure intelligence is shared with appropriate groups and individuals.
Coach and update employees on competitive offerings, financials, pricing and marketing positioning.
Support Product Marketing in competition analysis on specific products
Build and Develops and maintains relationships with key internal customers to identify emerging needs and business challenges.
Upon request from product marketing and other marketing teams, conduct customer surveys & interviews for various purposes including : acquiring a clear understanding of customer product requirementscollecting post-product-launch qualitative feedback from customersunderstanding customer digital experience and customer buying behaviorcollecting feedback on our communication assets
Analyze results, communicate to all stakeholders
Recommend associated action / improvement plan
Able to understand customer trends and provide feedback and information to the organization; able to build a strong relationship with internal / external customers
Able to establish priorities among the organization's requests and focus most important initiatives; demonstrates highly self-organized working mode
Be tech-savvy with cloud expertise / knowledge, and with marketing & customer minded
Operational mind-set, hands-on
Strong business sense and the ability to quickly learn
Strong verbal communication skills, including an engaging presentation style
Demonstrated ability to generate easy to understand technical content that produces results
Experience in product launchs
You already have a significant experience of 3 years minimum in marketing / analytics within the IT industry.
