Legal Inspection Engineer (M-F)
Responsibilities Engineering is primarily concerned with the installation and application of developed solutions, the maintenance of facilities, infrastructure and equipment as well as the connection of services (water, chemicals, gases).
Any other aspect in engineering like plant design, industrial programming, etc may be concerned.
Tasks and responsibilities :
Individually or in team, you will be responsible of electronic, mechanical, HVAC, and utilities equipment and other related products (safety devices, piping, ).
Review PID’s during projects, consolidate fluid list, Inspection Master Plan (IMP) and calculation note.
Lead risk analysis (based on Equipment Directive) for assembly.
Participate on start-up phase prior to Hand Over approval.
Analyze non conformities in inspector reports and prepare action plan (CAPA).
Approve decision tree made by analysts to attest conformity and check robustness study. Decision tree is based on dimensional drawing, construction code, non destructive control and hydraulic test.
Animate risk analysis with user and EHS representatives to support decision (economic efficiency of replacement or making conformity assessment).
Support to periodic inspection. Control statistics on thickness inspection by ultrasonic waves or measures of boiler tubes deformation.
Organize and realize Risk Based Investigations (RBI) and determine most efficient inspection type taking into account customer constraints.
Analyse results and revise frequency of controls (periodicity).
Review periodic inspection check-list for product storage (inflammable, corrosive, biological, ).
Issue monthly indicator.
Qualifications / Skills
You have a master degree : industrial engineer, civil engineer or equivalent,
Practical experience in compliance and inspection of regulatory standards across large scale organisations,
Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry,
Good English skills and fluency in French,
SAP and MS Office skills.
