  • In charge of the Sales function in the Nordic countries, with sales people in Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark.
  • Establish a sales strategy for the Nordic countries, together with the Group Head of Sales.
  • Establish sales targets with the Nordic Sales Team and the Group Head of Sales.
  • Manage and develop the Nordic Sales Team in their daily activities.
  • In charge of budget, forecasts and group reporting for the Sales Team, follow up costs.
  • Together with the team, develop sales revenue from new and existing accounts with the primary emphasis on developing new business.
  • Prospect new customers and develop existing client relationships together with the local teams and in collaboration with extended team from HQ.
  • Work in and supported by a matrix organization.
  • Ensure the execution of strategic and operational marketing and sales activities.
  • Build and develop the company’s brand and represent the company at relevant events.
  • Achieve / exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets for the Nordic countries.
  • Coordinate reporting of market demand into the product roadmap.
  • Frequent travel in the Nordic countries.
  • Report to the Group Head of Sales.
  • Profile

  • People leadership experience from managing a team or a small organization.
  • Solid sales management experience, proven track record of customer prospection and maintaining quality relationships with existing customers.
  • Proven track record selling B2B solutions / products, Saas and complex sales.
  • Experience from key accounts, strategic accounts, business negotiations and quotations.
  • Well-organized, good team player, leadership qualities, strong self-motivation and excellent networking skills.
  • Systematic work approach, ability to work in a longer perspective, able to deliver the highest standards of customer service and fully understand the products and services provided by their company.
  • Familiar with work in a matrix organization.
  • Familiar with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Fluent Swedish and English. Norwegian, Finnish and / or Danish would be an advantage.
  • Living in the Gothenburg area, likes to travel in the Nordic countries.
