You will provide technical assistance for the support of instrumentation products and their maintenance on Customer site within the Services activity of the Measurement & Analytics Division in France and temporarily in Europe.
Reporting to the Services Manager, your technical experience and your knowledge of customer processes will help you carry out your missions.
Support, verifications, commissioning of instrumentation products
Workshop control of analysis systems in collaboration with project managers
Providing technical support to customers and Sales Department
Performing installation checks, adjustments and tests ensuring customer satisfaction
Taking note of the file to be carried out via the mission sheet and validate all the needs for the installation
Reporting to the manager on the progress of mission(s)
Participating in the Department's global missions
Ensuring the administrative tasks and necessary reporting
Formalizing and transmitting feedback

Higher education in physical measurements, instrumentation and / or regulation
More than 3 years of experience in the field of instrumentation, on an itinerant position within a customer service field
Good knowledge of Modbus and Ethernet
Excellent French language skills (mandatory for this position)
Fluency in English (Technical English is strongly desired)
Availability to travel in France and occasionally in Europe
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
