You will support the team of client managers CCM in their daily administrative tasks and will work on a training kit package for new members .

Main Responsibilities & Tasks :

First task and first priority, will be to catch up the project documentations and define the storage location in between MS-team, SharePoint and OneDrive

Second task will be the implementation of a project checklist that will be the key tool to follow up the daily work has to be written

And finalize this work in building a training kit on how to work so that the new team members that will have arrive will have a good help to start with

Support on reporting and power point presentation

Qualifications & Skills :

Autonomous

Ability to integrate in multi cultural teams

Ability to handle various tasks in parallel

Structured and analytical approach

Good skills in Pack Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

English is mandatory
