Finalité du poste

Steer the development of innovative and successful customer experience at Limagrain Europe by :

  • Driving and spreading a customer marketing vision, culture and expertise through Limagrain Europe organization
  • Developing Limagrain Europe digital Sales & Marketing strategies
  • Missions

  • Educate S&M teams and functional teams with regard to the need of developing strong customer centric culture and of launching S&M digital transformation at Limagrain Europe
  • Provide methodology and support for customer insight, segmentation and engagement model
  • Lead the further development of the CRM (including marketing module) and its effective use by the company
  • Analyze competitive environment and identify needs & opportunities in digitalization.
  • Propose and lead the implementation of Limagrain Europe Sales & Marketing digital transformation road-map
  • Coordinate and deliver (support) European (local) digital marketing initiatives including multi-touch point digital communication / programs
  • Evaluate, propose and support the implementation of new business model(s) linked to digital economy
  • Define Limagrain Europe strategy in terms of digital farming solutions. Contribute to the definition of the business model.
  • Ensure interface between IT / digital agriculture team / partners and BA and support projects roll-out.
  • Ensure best practice sharing across limagrain Europe in terms of customer approach and digital interaction.
  • Set-up and monitor relevant KPI to ensure business benefits of the different initiatives
  • Profil

  • Several years of experience in sales and / or marketing in Agriculture in International / Multicultural environment
  • Experience in new technologies deployment, with digital transformation experience as an advantage
  • Skills and compétencies in :
