  • What will you be doing?

    The Cosentino Center General Manager is responsible for managing all operations / sales / profitability of the center, coordinating and monitoring the activities of the team, carrying out corporate initiatives and goals, protecting the integrity of the level of service customers receive and tracking projects in their area in order to achieve the commercial development.

    To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a wide knowledge of business functions, financial and budgeting skills and to be a strong leader.

    As a General Manager your tasks are going to include the support of staff development drive of sales and improvement of revenue, to maintain a great relationship with clients and enhance the company s image :

  • Visiting the Key customers (Grand Est - Départements 21-25-39-52-54-55-57-67-68-70-88)
  • Managing the team and the logistic part of the center (your team is constituted by 3 Account Managers, 1 Sales Administrative, 1 Warehouse Supervisor, and 2 Drivers)
  • Creating new business opportunities in new segmentations (Architects, furniture fabricators)
  • Being on top of project developments
  • This area is growing very well, and the perspective of growing is still really high.

    What are we looking for?

    Experience

  • 5 years of sales experience
  • 2 years of experience in managing staff
  • Education

    Bachelor s degree in Business or related field

    CRM System

    Desirable : salesforce experience / SAP or others Order Management programs
