Job description

We are currently on the hunt for some superstar GOs in our Club Med resort in Asia (not in Australia).

Your Mission

  • Being the representative for Mandarin / Japanese / Korean - speaking guests
  • Arrivals and departures (check-in and check-out)
  • Telephone switchboard
  • Cash-box
  • Sales promotion (stay, meals, B&B)
  • Organising and taking part to cultural events of his / her own guest population
  • Translating information documents and notices
  • Making speeches (information conferences, presentation of shows and events )
  • Your Profile

  • Availability and international mobility from 6 to 12 months minimum
  • Diploma in international travel industry or hospitality preferred
  • Working experience at hospitality industry or customer service is an advantage
  • Mother tongue has to be Mandarin / Japanese / Korean with English ability
  • Your personnal skills

  • Excellent inter-personal skills
