The Sales Support Specialist role is based in Paris and supports our Sales teams in France while working closely with our team in Bucharest.

Responsibilities include managing deals through the deal review process and ensuring business and operational compliance, allocating and managing licenses and providing basic customer support for licensing issues.

You will also provide guidance on discounts and make sure all required approvals are given on time in the right way. Effective communication and teamwork is key, you will be partnering closely with Finance / Revenue Accounting, Legal, Sales and customers.

Here is what you would be doing at UiPath

  • Offering full support to our Enterprise Sales team to help increasing the number of clients
  • Updating and maintaining the UiPath CRM system, experience with Salesforce.com is desirable
  • End-to-End Order Management
  • Licensing First Level of Support in our ticketing platform
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
