Description de la mission

The Global Analytics and Data Products Team is building a best in class analytics team in support of Stellantis' new Software Group.

As a leader within the Business Intelligence Team your mission is to work alongside our product and software developer partners to put science into decision making for our remote and mobile app products and services.

Job responsibilities include but not limited to :

Implement and maintain data telemetry, partnering with Data Platform and IT Teams, for key digital analytics tools including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Google Analytics, Session Replay Tools, and Amplitude

Partner with the mobile app product management teams to ensure tagging of new features and changes to the customer experience through releases

Build tagging requirements and QA tags to ensure proper function

Owning digital analytics tracking accuracy and monitor performance

Investigate tagging defects and work with technology to implement fixes

Leverage tools (Adobe, Google, etc.) to observe changes in user behavior as releases occur Present findings and make recommendations

Monitor and detect friction on the digital platforms and identify defects for the software team to resolve

Present test findings to leadership in a concise manner with an action-oriented focus Build ad-hoc reports and presentations to share with business partners

Seek out new methods and tools to capture and connect data to better understand the full customer journey

Build trusted relationships with the software, hardware and product teams acting as a conduit of knowledge

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to analysts with a wide range of backgrounds Top performers will be able to demonstrate :

Measurable consumer engagement impact through analysis, retrospective analysis or products built Measurable revenue impact through research and retrospective analysis

Measurable consumer experience impact through analysis, retrospective analysis or products built Measurable efficiencies in products, tools and agile development processes

Qualitative and quantitative deductions from experimentation that lead to product optimization

Basic Qualifications :

BA / BSc degree required with a technical focus - e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Math, Engineering

4 years of experience in customer / client facing analytics role

Strong technical skills, including SQL, Google Analytics, Adobe and visualization tools such as Tableau and Qlik

Experience with deriving a narrative from data and communicating the results effectively Work experience in cross-functional teams a plus

A passion for software development and the automotive industry a plus

Preferred Qualifications :

Advanced degree with technical focus (e.g. Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, etc.)
