And we're growing fast. Come join us! We’re looking for an experienced product marketer to help Spendesk amplify the voice of the customer in everything we do.

You will report to the Head of Marketing will be a key member of a team that sits at the intersection of Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success.

At Spendesk, product marketers are strategic partners and work cross-functionally to influence the roadmap and drive product awareness and adoption.

You will lead global product launches, influence the product roadmap, and work closely with business leaders on go-to-market strategies, enablement, and competitive research.

This is an exciting time for Spendesk and the Product Marketing team is in the center of it all.The ideal candidate is customer-centric, data-driven, strategic, able to thrive in an entrepreneurial culture, and is a strong leader, who inspires internal and external audiences alike.

You’ll need a combination of product thinking, data analysis, segmentation, positioning, and strong business acumen to help drive category awareness and market share among finance teams across Europe and the US.

If you're ready to bring new features to life and to be the ultimate voice of the customer, this is the role for you!Key responsibilities : - Become an expert in our product, the marker, and customers, using surveys, market research, tests, interviews, and analysis of product usage data.

  • Act as the voice of the customer internally & externally.- Develop product messaging that resonates with our buyers and highlights Spendesk's unique value proposition- Influence the product roadmap based on the UK market insights, sales performance, and customer usage.
  • Execute go-to-market campaigns to drive product-led growth & awareness in the UK.- Maintain a feedback loop between UK sales, UK CS, product and marketing.
  • Own the competitive intelligence in the UK.- Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive product adoption, usage expansion & retention in the UK.
  • Produce high-quality content including training decks, videos and external materials to increase Sales & CS performance & confidence in the UK.
  • What we're looking for :

  • 5+ years of work experience in product marketing or marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Outstanding communication and messaging skills. Fluent in English, German or French is a plus.
  • Passionate about having impact on the customer. You have a customer-first mindset.
  • A balance of left- and right-brain thinking - you are both creative and analytical (that’s why you love product marketing, right?).
  • A natural storyteller who inspires internal and external audiences.
  • Strong project manager able to drive projects forward.
  • A master of influence who works well with various groups and levels of the organisation.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand buyers' most critical business issues and the ability to translate product and service capabilities.
  • A great team player who recognizes herself / himself in the ownership, dare, positivity and caring values.
