Swile is looking for a Partnership Marketing Manager to nurture new and existing relationships with sales partners. The manager will be working closely with the Sales Partnership team and responsible for the planning and execution of marketing initiatives (acquisition partner community engagement and loyalty) with a goal to drive revenue growth through partnerships The manager will be part of the Local Business Marketing (FR) team and will work closely with other marketing groups within Swile (Brand Content Demand Generation Product Marketing ) to deliver his / her program.
This is a newly created role so everything (almost) is to build Your missions Evaluate and improve existing channel marketing strategies.
Develop new channel marketing strategies and implement marketing plans collaborating with the Sales Partnership Team to foster existing partnerships through activities and campaigns (events content )Support the Sales Partnership team to find new partners shaping a robust channel ecosystem that enables Swile to enter new sectors and pursue new revenue opportunitiesCultivate meaningful relationships with partners by understanding their individual goals and helping to find mutually beneficial solutionsEducate partners on new product offerings promotions and product updates (organise events webinars emailings and share content)Actively collaborate with Sales Ops to ensure we have the right tools and reporting in placeActively collaborate with Sales and Sales Ops to ensure that we have he right integrations with our partners and our products (API integrations ) Set KPIs for all initiatives gather marketing campaign data evaluate the impact of strategies and report on the results.
Strategically utilize technology to help partners leverage content marketing initiatives as well as interpret KPIs to measure success and improve tactics (Marketing automation nurturing personalised landing pages )Actively assess emerging technologies and how to leverage them for our own program’s successCollaborate with Sales Marketing and Legal internally advocating for partners training and content needs to improve performance and program retentionEnsure partner conduct is consistent with Swile brand values and compliance guidelinesStay abreast of industry trends and new practices to enhance program processes and maintain overall competitiveness within the marketplace
Our ideal candidate is / has A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Sales or related fieldAt least 5-6 years’ experience in a channel marketing role working across channel sales and marketing teams.
You know how to work in a sales driven international organization A proficiency in English & French (both written and spoken)Highly analytical able to extract meaning from data and refine strategies accordinglyProficient in marketing automation tools and strategiesProficient at marketing planning execution & reporting (acquisition and content marketing)Emotional intelligence (EQ) required for productively communicating with different personalities to build and uphold partner relationshipsNatural curiosity about new marketing and growth strategies (and supporting technologies) and can do attitudeVery good communication influencing and negotiation skills.
