Define CRM & Consumer Data Strategy, implement it with BUs in order to orchestrate Brands BUs’ campaigns (Online / Offline) thanks to International tools (Consumer Data Platform and Marketing automation Solution) and federate International & Local Teams around CRM & Consumer Data Projects / Initiatives.

Vanessa is looking for CRM & DATA MANAGER (55K€+) #Toulouse (Full time)

7 years of experience min. on CRM / Data projects

  • Fluent English
  • MISSION : Define consumer strategy campaigns and support CDP / Marketing automation implementation of BU to strengthen and run online / offline consumer data for brands

    GOALS :

    Audit existing consumer data to define BUs consumer strategy loyalty (4 countries) within 3 months

    Write specifications and launch CDP / Marketing automation RFPs, manage implementation and tests with IT team working together for BUs

    Define Group guidelines to help BUs to set-up omnichannel consumer campaigns, loyalty and retention programs and collect relevant Consumer Data using CDP / Marketing automation tools

    Perform regular analyzes for BUs, launch POCs and support / train BUs in best practices set up

    Define KPIs and set up performance monitoring Dashboards for BUs (working closely with the Omnichannel Marketing Manager)

    Set up consumer data insight training and business cases presentation to improve BUs team members performance

    Good communicator and open-minded, you know how to build solid consumer database and how to create relevant omnichannel consumer campaigns.

    Rigorous and analytical, you lead actions with a real focus on "customer knowledge" and you work closely with the Omnichannel marketing manager to get data insights and best practices to duplicate to the BUs.

    Natural leader, you know how to build strong relationship with local, international Business Unit’s and partners. Your Manager is the CDO that leads this ambitious digital project transformation.
