Job Description

  • Manage HFM Functional Administration on daily basis
  • Control the correct execution of Reporting & Consolidation (R&C) system overnight batches
  • Set-up and develop new rules, metadata, webforms, reports for existing application
  • Set-up new HFM application when necessary
  • Support Systems for End-Users
  • Propose ways to improve efficiency regarding system administration
  • Identify and fix bugs on existing HFM application
  • Apply processes linked to HFM Administration
  • Formalize all necessary documents to increase level of service and efficiency within the R&C System team.
  • Conduct HFM training for End-Users
  • Qualifications

    Experience / Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of IT / IS Degree qualification
  • Controlling / Financial training courses
  • Knowledge

  • Relational databases
  • Microsoft macro development
  • Main concepts of Corporate Finance
  • Skills (including technology)

  • Strong communication skills, especially related to Support
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excel skill
  • English fluent
  • Attribute / behaviours

  • Pro-active support to the business is a key attribute for this role with a customer service focus to link both systems requirements with business outcomes.
