As a Sales rep with Air Liquide you are the driving force in your region for generating leads and convert them to opportunities and future customers.
You manage a variety of large customers in your customer portfolio, building a professional long term relationship with them.
You use your personal skills to enlarge your professional network and promote Air Liquide at the same time. Your focus between new business and account management is 60 / 40.
Missions and Responsibilities
What you really do :
You generate leads in the region and convert them to opportunities which eventually will lead to customers. You will manage a customer portfolio and make sure that they are visited at least once a year.
You are a genuine networker and promote Air Liquide as much as you can. You make sure that our customers wishes are aligned in the organisation How do you do it : You know your region as no one else.
You visit network events, seminars and exhibitions. You are following all the developments and try to translate them into opportunities.
You make a visit planning for all your existing customers and make sure that no detail is untouched. Knowledge is key but you can’t know everything therefore you know your internal organization very well and manage all questions towards the responsible departments Team You will enter a very dynamic young team of sales professionals.

Competencies and Profile
We ask : At least a bachelor degree in engineering or business 3 to 5 years working experience in a consultative selling environment Excellent in Dutch and English Teamplayer Hunter Analytical Commercial drive
