A&M Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) is the largest transaction advisory practice outside the audit firms. TAG includes around 400 professionals in 22 offices throughout the U.
S., Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific.
Our global TAG practice is now highly active in France, working for premium clients on high profile deals; large and mid-cap private equity, fast growth premium small cap deals, multinational corporates, and French LBO’s.
Our work includes French situations and cross border activity in addition to international situations around the world.
A&M’s deep operational and industry expertise provides TAG with a unique opportunity to perform smarter due diligence by providing an integrated and differentiated approach.
We are free from audit conflicts and our platform is less restrictive, enabling us to operate cross-border seamlessly.

Everyone joins the weekly TAG meeting where WIP, project pipeline, resourcing, marketing and business development initiatives are discussed.
Associates & Senior Associates are actively involved in these discussions and are valued members of the TAG team.
Associates & Senior Associates are very much encouraged to build relationships with their client peers, planning and participating in relationship building activities.

Our Transaction Advisory team work in multi-disciplinary teams on projects across a number of geographies so Associates & Senior Associates have the opportunity to build and leverage broad international deal experience.
