The responsibilities of the AX Finance Solution Expert include at least :
Understand the current Geodis Finance Core Model implemented in MS AX solution, propose and realize continuous improvements, simplification and enrichment actions, in alignment with our IT Finance strategy and excellence standards
Be the solution owner of all Finance Core Model enrichments with E2E perspective (master data, business process flows, reporting, all 3rd party communication with other internal and external systems)
Deploy solutions on an international scope (gap analysis and design for local requirements, setup of the solution, integration and unit testing, providing trainings, assisting users for user acceptance testing, data migration, preparation and realization of the go-live & hypercare support)
Ensure the deployment methodology is fully respected through the milestones and deliverables, in alignment with the IT Finance global project methodology
Be the trusted partner of the Business, support the business in the definition of their requirements (participation to the design workshops) and answer to their needs with adapted solutions in line with the IT Finance strategy
Protect, promote and improve the core model and ensure its maintenance (write specifications and tests scenarios, arbitrate requests from the internal customers), ensure local legal requirements are well covered by the system
Participate to landscape design, performance assessment and improvement, business process and flow optimization task forces
Manage interfaces with other systems from an end-to-end perspective
Contribute and participate to feasibility assessment (technical, functional, business) studies, when there is any enrichment, modification or migration project is considered within the Finance area
Work closely with Support Team, in the role of L3 Support if there is a specific expertise support is needed.
Report and provide project plans and status reports to different stakeholders, as per our communication plan
Profil du candidat
Significant experience on Microsoft Dynamics AX (min 3-5 years) in an international context. An experience on other finance tools would be a plus.
Being customer oriented with a good understanding on financial business processes and requirements, with a good level of sense of urgency and delivery discipline
Project management discipline, excellence in communication with internal and external stakeholders (a Prince2 or PMP certification would be a plus).
Focused on innovation, digitalization, simplification inline with our Corporate IT strategy
Being able to work in matrix organizations, in different task forces on different assignments, with a good team spirit and collaboration
Dynamism, strong work ethic, adaptability to change and new ideas / ways of working, positive attitude and punctuality is a must to have to succeed in this role.
Analytical mind-set, excellent attention to details, being open to feedback is a great plus
Being independent on daily basis, with full and E2E responsibility of the work to be delivered on time and in excellence
Speaking English fluently
