Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Marketing & Commercial Execution :
  • Support product launch in the different countries and regions and commercialization efforts : Participate in developing and executing integrated marketing plans- market segmentation, forecasting, product positioning, messaging, targeting, support materials and training required to achieve the plan.
  • Assist the domestic marketing network : Provide direction to field sales and other strategic channels, involving the execution of product launch commercialization process, competitive activity, product, and program messaging and value propositions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally locally and regionally with Marketing, Sales Operations, and at the corporate level with Global Communications, Global Marketing teams, Production Planning, Sales Training, Sales Leadership, Clinical, Regulatory and Legal functions to maximize project and product launch success
  • Collaborate with Sales training and Medical staff training to ensure alignment with product marketing and internal / external training and product positioning
  • Establish, build and maintain key internal and external relationships
  • Partner with the subsidiaries and regional organizations (finance, sales, and supply chain) to develop and ensure the demand plan & forecast as well as identify and resolve operational issues that may arise.
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic and tactical plan(s) that connect with the business objectives and drive attainment of goals related to products or projects
  • Complete all marketing deliverables on time with excellence
  • Assist Global Product Manager and Product Owner in solving problems and recommending next steps
  • Support end of life plans for products at the end of their life cycle in partnership with Global Product Manager
  • KOL and Sales Relationships :
  • Identify Key Opinion Leaders for franchise and establish relationships
  • Partner with medical education to identify clinical partners for course faculty trainers
  • Partner with medical affairs and clinical team to develop a clinical strategy around new product introductions and site recommendations
  • Develop support structure and relationship with sales representatives and sales management
  • Coordinate and assist in coordinating Physician symposiums and participate in main customer events
