Establishes and leads the PIC and PDP with UAP managers.
Calculates from the PIC and the PDP the needs Components, semi-finished and finished products.
Integrates major changes in volumes or references related to product changes.
Provides production with the components, raw materials and semi-finished products necessary to comply with the PDP.
Monitors logistics indicators (supplier service rate, stock level control, and customer service rate)
Triggers corrective / preventive actions following logistical incidents (internal or external) and monitor their implementation
Reports to Management on all the indicators compared to the objectives as well as the action plans in progress or to be carried out to achieve these objectives
Manages the staff of his unit for which he has hierarchical responsibility (recruitment, training, skills development, versatility between and within departments, etc.
