Senior European Demand Planning Specialist / MF - unlimited contract

Based in Aimargues (30 km from Nimes)

As a Demand Planning Senior Specialist you are responsible for managing the unconstrained demand plan for defined countries, you also are in charge for the Master Production Schedule (MPS) & Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and you support planning systems and team processes to secure data accuracy and on time submission.

What are we looking for?

Master’s Degree (Bac+5) in Supply Chain / Finance / Business Management

Engineer or Business School Graduate

APICS certification is a plus

Fluent in written & spoken English & French

Good knowledge and experience with IT systems ERP and APS

Minimum three to five years of experience in Demand and Supply Planning, Supply Chain or IS activities

Knowledge of FuturMaster (preferred) or any other Planning software is a plus

Advanced MS Office skills mandatory, PowerQuery, Power BI or SQL is a plus

What would be your key responsibilities?

Demand Planning

Responsible for providing an 24 months rolling forecast for Finished Goods, identifying risks and opportunities to the operating plan

Responsible for analyzing the historical sales data, readjusting trends, and securing market operational forecast (promotion, new product deployment, delisting)

Collaborate with Market to understand their demand plan, challenge assumptions, drive root cause analyzes and highlight inconsistencies.

Foster collaboration and chair meetings with markets to achieve consensus Sellin forecast.

Support the achievement and reporting of Forecasting Targets.

Ensure business continuity by managing supply disruptions and demand surges

Support Regional Product Deployment by managing route-to-market, languages allocation on pack, system updates and communication to market

Manage MPS & MRP

Validate and adjust the aggregated European Demand Plan with the Demand Planning head

Capture and reflect Demand Balancing decision across the supply Network at SKU level

Maintain and ensure accuracy of the Master Production Schedule and Material Replenishment Planning

Provide to the Operation Manager and Supply Planner Key Insights to conduct fact-based supply chain management decision

Support Planning system

Custodian of existing eco-system allowing regional team to operate

Lead projects to enhance process efficiencies and system performances

Provide assistance and first level of support to other planners from a technical and functional perspective

Test and Validate new functionalities before system upgrades

Mentor and train other Planners as needed
