The focus of your role
As an MDM Business Analyst within Capgemini, you will be working within the Master Data Management, Data Warehousing, Data Migration, Big Data and Analytics practices alongside some of the top experts in the country, on some of the largest and most complex client engagements across a variety of industry sectors.
You will be given the opportunity to grow and take on responsibility from day one in a challenging but rewarding and meritocratic environment.

What you’ll do
Work closely with the client for crafting the functional and technical solution Work with functional and technical teams Plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the implementation of MDM and ETL applications Analysis of data and key issues from an MDM stand-
point Responsible for testing the interoperability of application modules under development Assess As-Is / To-Be, and work along with other teams to align the architecture to business requirements Project Planning : working with project leads / management to support the planning of the data integration elements of a solution Reviewing : Reviewing the effectiveness of existing integration solutions and recommending improvements (e.
g. performance, simplifying, usability etc.) both from a technical and business focus Consults and works with development teams to determine and execute design decisions
What you’ll bring
Experience on Functional modules Project experience in Master Data Governance; at least one end-to-end project experience in MDM (in the architect role) and development projects on MDM Good experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, architecture, design and definition of processes Experience with Material, Customer, Vendor or Finance domains for setting up the MDM solution preferably in two or more domains Experience of workflow approval process within MDM Workflow knowledge and experience with Informatica MDM Must have knowledge of Rules based workflow development Analytical, Excellent Communication skills and Presentation skills Experience in the Information Technology industry with recent experience of client facing data integration, migration and information architecture-
related development Experience in industry leading packaged solutions, and may also be considered a subject matter expert in at least one of the following software applications : o IBM InfoSphere o Informatica o SAP MDG o Initiate Client engagement at all required levels for requirements capture, strategy and architecture development Ability to capture and interpret business requirements in terms of information, data and technical architecture, database technology and data model design Experience of a software development lifecycle or delivery methodology from user requirements definition through design, development, testing, implementation and transition Experience in one of the following business sectors is preferred but not essential : o Financial Service / Banking / Insurance o Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical o Consumer Products & Retail o Telecommunications o Energy & Utilities Although not essential, exposure to large-
scale ERP implementations is an advantage Good presentation and communication skills Good interpersonal skills
