We are in the process of rolling out a service offering for an enterprise software solution in the area of manufacturing planning & scheduling.
As part of this roll out, we have developed a focused consulting and implementation practice to deploy our partner software solution with all the related client facing services.
This role consists of managing all technical services provided to customers in terms of software installation, integration interface development, testing, deployment and all related technical and functional support post deployment
The manager is responsible of managing a team of technical solution architects that are deployed to customer’s projects and supporting the design of the technical and functional aspects of the software solution.
Also, the manager should have strong technical and functional expertise to make sure all customers projects related architecture are consistent and in line of the software solution.
The role requires expertise both functional and technical in the software solution including : software technical architecture, data model and structure, and overall scheduling functionalities.
In addition, the manager should exhibit strong data integration background between the software solution and the customer IT systems in term of MRP, MES, MPS, S&OP and the ERP systems.
This position may require 50% travel on an international basis.
