What the training programme involves
working closely with a technical mentor, who will help you to develop the business and technological knowledge and skills required to flourish within the business.

What you’ll get from the programme
By the end of the training programme, you should be able to demonstrate good knowledge of :
Upon successful completion of the training programme, you will be offered a permanent contract in a relevant Engineering role.
Example roles include :
Associate Engineer, Software Engineer, Test Analyst, Test Engineer, Support Engineer
What we’re looking for
Applicants are not expected to have all the technical and business skills needed to start; we understand that knowledge is grown over time.
Thus, we’re looking for a candidate that shares our values, strives for innovation and is driven by technology.

Location
This role will be based at our state-of-the-art Headquarters in Southampton. However, all our people, where they can are currently working from home.
where there will be a split between home and office working.
