The Customer Onboarding Team manager will lead and grow a team of onboarding managers based in Paris, to work with new corporate and institutional clients.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all corporate client onboarding applications are completed in line with client expectations and efficiently.

Your mission Aircall :

  • Manage and Scale a team of 5+ onboarding managers based in Paris and grow the team
  • Increase product adoption and knowledge
  • Provide an exceptional experience for our clients by understanding their business objectives to drive adoption of core functionalities.
  • Refine strategic client goals and turn them into measurable KPIs & measurable product insightCollaborate with internal partners : Sales, Success, Support, Product teams, to continuously optimize and improve processes.
  • Drive and Develop processes, practices & tools
  • Deliver a superior customer experience
  • Improve KPIs to ensure measurable goals, tracking and reporting
  • Work with top management and US counterparts to ensure consistency
  • Design & constantly refine the coaching program to ensure knowledge across the team
  • A little more about you :

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in onboarding, project management or account management , including 2+ years of people management
  • Solutions driven
  • Strong analytical / logical thinking skills, structured analysis process, and clarity of thought
  • Previous experience in a B2B SaaS company is appreciated
  • Previous experience with project management tools and salesforce is a plus
  • Fluent / native in English
  • Passion for consistently providing excellent customer experience
  • Flexible, fast learner who thrives in a constantly-changing work environment
  • High energy level with excellent communication skills; written and verbal
