Missions and Challenges

  • In this role, you'll be a part of the Ad Monetization team and you will own Revenue and DAU KPIs and will plan and execute monetization initiatives that will motivate and encourage the users to engage with the MWM portfolio.
  • You will be responsible for the Ad Revenue and DAU KPIs for a part of the MWM portfolio. You will plan and execute Ad monetization improvements that will encourage the users to engage and enjoy the Ad experience throughout our products,
  • Help defining and implementing an effective Ad Monetization experience in our products,
  • Build and nurture relationship with main ad network to maximize the performance and gather valuable information and feedback for the team,
  • Maximize ad revenues for several MWM applications & games,
  • Work closely with ad performance data to analyze and optimize the performance metrics (ROI driven),
  • Support our Ad Tech team, identify potential new partners, and support the team during integration,
  • Research new creative ways to improve your work and performances,
  • Improve and share your knowledge with the Marketing team.
  • How is it to be a Monetization Manager at MWM?

  • You will work in the Marketing / Revenue team, with the UA managers & designers, and the Product marketers. You will also be closely working with the developers and data analysts.
  • You will be reporting to the Head of Growth.

    About you

  • 3+ years of experience in Ad Monetization on mobile product , either apps or games. of digital acquisition with a UA knowledge of mobile acquisition covering channel mix, budget and profitability management, UA strategy on top of UA campaign setting.
  • Organizational and analytical skills,
  • Proven leadership capabilities including excellent problem solving and critical thinking mindset, effective decision making, and the ability to drive results.
  • Comfortable working with a large amount of data,
  • Ability to define, measure and conclude A / B tests,
  • Experience in mobile ad monetization with good knowledge of mediation platforms (Mopub, ironSource, Max ads...),
  • Either Native French speaker with excellent English or Fluent in English with at least conversational French (as the position is based in Paris).
  • Even better if you have :

  • Previous working experience in a startup environment,
  • Tracked record with successful mobile games,
  • Good knowledge of hyper-casual gaming and / or apps.
