We are now looking for an exceptional candidate to build on our current success and identify and drive opportunities to streamline, scale and automate our data processing workflows to support a high growth continuously evolving organization.
You will craft the direction for this product alongside our internal stakeholders and clients.
Team structure :
You would be working alongside a team of Product Managers, and it will be expected to co-ordinate and manage dependencies between eFront Products.
You would also be working with a Delivery Team that is responsible for the engineering, delivery and technical support for your product.
You should have experience influencing and motivating teams without direct control.
Your day would include :
Partner with business owners to define the product requirements and build the product roadmap that will be incorporated into the broader company product portfolio plan
Foster close relationships with key stakeholders to validate product strategy and roadmap
Perform market research, market validation to identify new opportunities for existing and new features and functionalities
Work closely with a cross-functional delivery team i.e. development teams, architecture, product owners to deliver the product backlog.
Represent the Product Management team in daily standups, product meetings, design sessions, sprint planning, retrospective and other cross-functional meetings.
Release prioritization and identification / mitigation of potential blockers and issues, as well as ensuring the delivery is aligned to the overall roadmap and product strategy.
Act as the product champion within the organization with clear in-depth technical understanding of all features, functionality, and industry trends.
Partner with technical writers and other communication leads to develop content for demos, trainings and other presentations.
In the role it will be required to travel between eFront offices as well as to clients across the world (approximately 10-20%).
If you see yourself doing these activities, then you probably have :
Master’s in Business Administration (or similar) with a focus on Finance and Technology
2-5 years experience working in technology, finance, or consulting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate and coordinate between teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to logically analyze complex requirements, data sets, processes and systems
Leadership skills to motivate and provide clear direction to the team
Excellent organizational skills
Detail and results oriented, able to write detailed specs and analyze data to justify product decisions, and apply key learnings
Experience of working in an agile environment
Experience within a global organization, working with teams located in various regions and time zones.
