Global Application development Senior Analyst M / W

Role is done with remote management with a global geographical scope.
Role implies coordination and communication with multiple Mars IS internal teams, in the same Division or in other Mars Information Services Divisions.
Role also involves interaction and communication with Business users, especially with regards to global application request deliveries.
The Global App Development Snr Analyst is in charge, under the direction of the Core Application Solutions Development Manager or the Application Factory lead, of the design, the development, the deployment, or further evolution of Global Application solutions he is been assigned to.
They may be working in sub-teams, involving other associates or external resources located any ware around the globe, and may be accountable for a specific set of solutions or a subset of solutions, this being dependant on the size or complexity of the Global Application solutions which have been assigned to him.
The scope of his activities is global, and can relate to any functional area. The job requires at least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or IT application project or operations, with good ability to influence and interact with people, located remotely and across the globe.
Key responsibilities :
Education & Professional Qualification :
Bachelor of Sciences degree or equivalent in engineering field / IT / computer sciences / Management
ITIL and / or PMI certification
Knowledge / Experience :
3+ years experience within IT, in an IT Application or IT Technology area
Proven leadership and Influencing experience through interaction with key stakeholders
In-depth expertise in a IT functional or technical area, preferably in Integration / EDI Technology
