CDG Conseil is an Executive search firm in Healthcare & Life Sciences Industries.

Our customer is an international company full-service OEM & contract manufacturer of medical devices, offering services for the Medical, Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries.

CDG Conseil recruits for his customer, a Business Development Manager International BtoB for the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries.

CONTEXT :

The company, would like to strengthen its sales team by addressing specifically the Pharma and Biotech clients.

Beyond its finished products proposition, the company has distribution agreements in key countries in Europe to supply essential products to the Pharma and Biotech clients : silicone tubing, bio connectors, processing bags, transfer caps...

The candidate would initially cover clients in France, Switzerland, Benelux , would coordinate with a senior sales representative who has operated on the market for over 15 years.

MAIN MISSION :

  • The main objectives are :
  • Develop new business in the Pharma and Biotech sectors for production processing kits.

    1 / KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Business Development Manager in BENELUX, SWISS and FRANCE geographic zone.
  • Prospection / Develop new business in the Pharma and Biotech sectors.
  • Identify and develop new business outside the current customer.
  • Manage, follow up and / or conclude existing projects (opportunities).
  • Lead specific sales strategy for this market / region in close collaboration with line manager and marketing.
  • Lead contract discussions by collaborating with the company's legal department and the production site, the marketing, the quality with Customer / Prospects.
  • Develop robust country / region prospection plan and strategy for successful growth

    3 / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS AND EXPERIENC EXPECTED :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or Marketing
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in field sales position with experience in Pharma and Biotech clients.
  • Experience BtoB, OEM in the Healthcare industry.
  • Experience in business development roles / leads development roles
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus, Other languages dependent on relevant geographic scope (dutch).
  • Good understanding of financial, pricing and legal contractual experience.
  • Experience on devices design and / or manufacturing a plus
  • 4 / ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONS :

  • 50% travelling + 3 days per month in Monaco
