The primary mission ofthe PPOP manager will be to take responsibility for global P2P activities withinAXA Group Operations, including PO creation execution and transformationsinitiatives.
He / she will evolve in a very complex environment (Transformationof AXA with a variety of stakeholders and contributors like Finance department,local Axa interlocutors ad IT teams
Overall, the role includesthe management of French and remote team (in Germany, Mexico and Philippines).The team include near / offshore resources (India and Morocco).
It will require influencing skills and drive as continuously interacting with various teams orstakeholders over which he / she has no formal authority in multiple countries.
In particular, he / shewill be responsible to :
She / he also contributes to Audit issues remediationplan
She / he takes the lead of the team(around 17 resources onshore and offshore), reinforce stabilization of the TOM(secure recruitments, animate governance and improve KPIs).
She / he will have to implement them shortly (newprocurement categories, new version of the lay out, vendors portal .)
