Sales Admin France & Benelux and Office Manager France
Radware is a global leader in application delivery and cybersecurity solutions for Data Center and network infrastructure.
We are hiring for a combined Sales Admin / Office Manager role. The sales admin part covers France and Benelux territory while the Office Manager scope is mainly focused on France.
This is a key role for the operation of the subsidiary in the region with a wide range of responsibilities. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience while contributing to the growth of our company in the region.
This is why we offer a remuneration package with fixed and variable parts.
The position is office-based in Courbevoie (Paris Area).
Responsibilities : Sales Admin Scope :
Sales Admin Scope :
Assist sales and presales staff in the practical aspects of the customer relationship : invoicing and payment queries, shipping arrangements, etc.
Interactions with both partners and end customers.
Prepare Orders for processing by Radware HQ.
Maintain good working relationships with Radware distributors in the region.
CRM housekeeping tasks managing accounts, contacts, leads, etc.
Office Manager scope :
Manage all local suppliers : Landlord, telecoms, office equipment maintenance, transporters, insurance providers and healthcare suppliers.
Prepare information for payroll (commissions, expenses, vacation balance) while keeping excellent and organized filing records in case of inspection
Administrative onboarding of new employees
Required Skills and experience :
Fluency in both English and French is required
Excellent communication skills both in writing and orally. Ability to interface formally with customers and suppliers.
Experience in a Sales Admin role is preferred. Knowledge of General Services / Facilities or payroll administration is a plus.
Basic knowledge / skills in accounting.
Very well organized and rigorous person
The successful candidate will need to gain strong skills in Radware’s CRM, Business Intelligence and ERP systems (Oracle suite).
Previous experience with CRM systems from Oracle or any other vendor is a plus.
Able to use Microsoft excel at an intermediate level.
