INTERNATIONAL MEDIA DIGITAL ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

We are looking for an International Media Account Director to build strategy and manage of our International digital media campaigns.
You will be part of a growing integrated agency team of Digital specialists bringing together a wide range of thinking for strategic planning, media planning, content development.
Our client is the worlds pre-eminent IT company.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue and how smart interplay between content, messaging and media plays a role in our clients success.
You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our communications campaigns. English-speaking and writing high level proficiency are required.
Other European languages (French, Spanish, Italian) is optional.
Job Details :
Collaborate with media and content strategy teams to develop, implement, and measure Pan Europe Performance digital campaigns : client relationship, strategic recommendation, management of campaign development, media owner negotiation, media budgets, schedules, implementation, media outreach, and reporting.
Work close with media expert teams as well as trafficking and analytics team
Analyze performance of campaigns and provide strategy for optimizing performance and reaching goals.
Partner with other cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives
Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend performance enhancements.

You will manage one BU of 3 people, under the responsibility of the Pan Europe Media Lead
Fluent in English (speaking & writing)
Understand digital tactics
Demonstrated ability to establish high levels of trust and creditability internally and externally at all levels
Solid analytical abilities and the ability to work in partnership with Analytics professionals
Analytical mindset and interested in data driven media planning
Independent thinker and able to work autonomously
Detail oriented and great organizational skills
Able to develop strong working relationships with clients and internal peers across the network
