CONTEXT : Business Technology (BT) provides the necessary information system, framework and platforms to conduct the business in the best conditions of quality of customer service, speed, efficiency, security and resilience.
BT collaborates with the business to propose and deliver the transformation necessary to support customer service, efficiency and growth throughout 70 countries.
BT is ISO 9001 certified for its corporate activities of design, development, maintenance and operation of IT solutions performed in Bois- Colombes (HQ) and Bucharest Development Center (BDC) in Romania for the different corporate departments, which are BT's customers.
ORGANISATION : Under the responsibility of the Business Technology Office Director, which reports directly to the BT Chief Officer, The Quality System Manager works with all BT Departments in HQ and BDC.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
The BT Quality System Manager will be responsible for methodology and certification activities and will lead the overall planning of the Improvement, Deployment, Run and Maintenance activities of the BT QMS in a such way that ISO 9001 and other certifications are maintained.
Following this above purpose, she / he / will have to :
Build and maintain a global annual plan for the maintenance and evolution of the quality management system, under the approval of the BTO directorOrganizes the maintenance and evolution of the quality management system in alignment with BT's strategy and organizational changes, the Quality Management System in alignment with BT strategy and organization changesLead the Management Review through dedicated BT Top Management meetingsWork Closely with Operations to ensure the best efficiency for the customer satisfaction and certification for BTCoordinate with other Quality correspondentEnsure established Quality policy, objectives and processes throughout all level of the organisationDevelop and manage internal Audit Program, Audit Plan and Audit Analysis upon reports.
Ensure follow-up of treatment of Non ConformitiesTrain and support new Process OwnersDisseminate a Risk & Opportunity culture, encourage Continuous Improvement.
Ensure awareness of new comers and raises the level of Quality culturepilot supervises an annual process evaluation to identify the necessary improvementsassist the certification auditor
Finally, the Quality System Manager will have to assist Certification Auditor in Bucharest once a year for 2 to 3 days of travel in Bucharest.
THIS POSITION REQUIRES :
Experience in Quality within an Information Systems Department is required. (at least 5 years preferred)Ideally a previous experience in Methodology, Quality support / Operational function,Listening skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the hierarchyAutonomy and rigorGood synthesis and writing skillsVery Good Knowledge and practice of ISO 9001 (at least 5 years preferred), other certifications knowledge appreciatedGood Level of English (written and spoken)Education background in IT Engineering and Quality Management are appreciatedknowledge of COBIT, ITIL, ISO15504, ISO27001, TOGAF, SCRUM standards would be appreciated
