What you will directly contribute to :
Answering member messages and requests well and fast and handling passenger claims
Providing users with guidance and support through various channels (tickets, chat, & phone) at high quality level (we offer a 100% response service)
Overseeing the overall activity on our social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and maintaining dynamics within the French community
Gathering feedback and communicating it to Product Teams
Improving the overall member and travel experience
Reporting to France Associate manager
Working hours will be at the office during the week and covering evening and / or weekend hours working from home.
What you will need to be successful
We are looking for humble, caring, indulgent people who enjoy working with a dynamic team and are willing to help, find solutions, learn and share their knowledge.
Excellent proficiency in written and spoken French
Fluent communication in English, additional languages a plus
Ability and experience to handle high volumes efficiently
Strong knowledge of the web ecosystem
Good understanding of BlaBlaCar’s values and vision
Enjoy working as a team-player and learning from others
Experience in customer service an asset
Knowledge and experience with BlaBlaCar and BlaBlaBus products a plus
