As an S&OP Manager, you’ll be a key driver to ensuring availability of product. You will have the primary responsibility for establishing alignment between our sales and operations strategies.
You will serve as the subject matter expert for demand planning, network optimization, and capacity planning.
Establish and manage a sustainable S&OP process within the organization including people, process and systems supporting 200M€ sales.
Develop fulfillment execution plan via a slotting plan for 4 plants in Europe.
Develop and facilitate the pre-S& OP meetings in order to gain alignment to the consensus forecast, documenting and publishing forecast rationale, and identification of risks and opportunities
Lead and facilitate the monthly S&OP meetings with executives and provide clear and concise view of demand and production to align with projected customer needs.
Manage communications using the S&OP process with the Sales, Industrial Operations, Supply Chain and Finance functions
Ensure that all planning activities contribute to the achievement of defined business goals
Manage the activities necessary for both the short and long term planning cycles and work with finance and various business functions to ensure alignment
Facilitate monthly demand forecast aggregation
Measure, control, and improve S&OP plan accuracy through clearly defined metrics.
Map the supply model based on business rules, forecast demand and historical sales performance.
Lead Network Optimization Process to mitigate cost and maximize service
Develop Capacity simulation process to run sensitivity analysis for growth
Aid in the design, development, and implementation of Dynamics ERP as an end to end business solution.
Identifying potential supply chain issues by reviewing demand and supply plans and facilitate resolution
In addition, you will establish the production planning procedure for all products manufactured by L-Acoustics (+ 50,000 loudspeakers, + 11,000 amplified controllers, + 160,000 accessories)
Establish planning calendar to assure standard updates to Master Production Schedule every month.
Publish Production Plan to entire constituents.
Lead usual production meetings to assess actual in opposition to planed and convey changes or updates to MPS.
Program Management and Supply Chain pertinent to requirements and impacts.
Supervise and report actual results against Master Production Schedule.
Develop planning tools and framework to obtain approval from main stakeholders
Skills & Qualifications
Engineering Degree & MBA preferred
Ten plus years of experience in supply chain management role in a B2B environment
Adept in using contemporary demand planning tools including Dynamics
Experience in business process reengineering and program / project management and ability to lead multiple people and projects simultaneously
Understanding of how supply / demand planning impacts other functions of the business
Ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal working relationships with internal and external customers
25% travel is required
Bilingual French / English
