The Head of Learner Engagement & Innovation will bring the learning function to the next level in terms of learner engagement, via impactful innovation, providing visibility to learning and the learning offer and promoting its usage also via personalization and disruptive initiatives.
Levers at his / her disposal will be a state of the art engagement plan, innovative and marketing mindset and user & data-centric approach.
State-of-the-art engagement plan
Define and steer a consistent communication plan as regard Group Learning Team priorities : strategy, projects, learning offer Segment and adapt approach & communication tone to various targets to get the highest impact (Group leaders, local L&D teams, external audiences ).
Create and drive comprehensive & disruptive learner engagement and change management campaigns to boost Group Learning offers visibility and usage.
Run collective taskforces on engagement topics with local L&D teams and business stakeholders to raise impact.
Learning community management
Work hand-in-hand with the Learning PMO and rest of team to ensure engagement topics are well promoted in the right formats & events (conference calls, seminars ).
Drive, manage and engage the L&D community via dedicated channels (online community on Yes Learning, newsletters, and other innovative formats to be created).
Run market watch to identify new learning trends, best-in-class practices and leverage anything relevant to our industry.
Leverage this insight as well as creativity to disrupt the learning function.
Act as an innovation observatory, spread an innovation mindset in the L&D community and further (HR & business stakeholders in any relevant forums).
Scope opportunities to position AXA as a recognized learning leader in relevant forums, think-tanks, studies, papers
Data analysis to fuel data-driven decisions
Push the learning function to the next level in terms of data management : a strong data-driven function. Contribute to raise the expertise of our L&D experts across the Group.
Work hand-in-hand with the Operations Office to get the proper data to run ad-hoc analysis and consequently analyse learning patterns.
Ensure the relevancy, usage, personalization of the offer.
Define a learning dashboard to keep track of learning impact.
Technical / Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Demonstrates understanding of external trends (technical innovation, organization design, skills etc..) market practices and ability to use these to benchmark and innovate
Ability to position as an innovative learning expert in and outside AXA
Good knowledge in analytics to analyze data, go for data-driven decisions and identify patterns
Marketing exposure and customer-centric mindset are key to ensure ability to widely engage AXA’s employees
Ability to build trust and collaboration in and outside the team.
Excellent relationship, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to communicate with and influence a diverse range of people and cultures
Comfortable working in a matrix environment and able to deliver results through others.
Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience
Post Graduate degree in business management
Experience in an innovation role
Experience in a role requiring marketing and analytics skills is preferred
HR experience is not mandatory but preferred
Full fluency in English is a must
