The jobholder will be working very closelywith be Country Finance Managers making sure that the finance processes arefollowed consistently and accurately in each Cluster and providing analyticalcapabilities to the team .
Tasksdetailed below :
Assist the CE P&CDFO in providing strategic finance business partnering support to the CEPresident and Regional Line managers through the provision of analytical basedfinancial insights
Forecast and Plan : Support the Regional Line Managers and the CFMs during forecasting and planningby providing analytical support to the forecast process as well as practicalTM1 support.
Coordinate / Produceslide packs for CE P&C and the CE region as required.
Expenses : Support andprovide cover to the CE P&C Expense responsible role
Reinsurancereconciliation, control and follow up on bookings,variances against Plan and Forecast andReinsurance Schedules updates
To providead-hoc support as required to regional projects, presentations, business casespreparation and any other new initiatives
Collatecommentaries on Submissions performance and other COG requested data such asRevenue Synergies reporting on a quarterly basis.
Monthend and Forecast quality assurance activities : Reconciliation of financialdata (Production , Commissions and Expenses) Variance Reporting.Monitoringof TSAs .
Role requirements :
Degree in Finance orBusiness Administration
5 years of workingexperience in Finance in the insurance sector.
Advanced proficiencyin Excel and data manipulation.
Excellent spreadsheetbusiness presentational skills
Good communicationskills driven by regular interaction with the business and seniormanagement.
Team player largerCE Finance team.
Language skills English,Other CE language / s an advantage.
